On 8 March 2012 René Sindlev sold shares in PANDORA A/S which has resulted in René Sindlev's direct and indirect ownership becoming lower than 5% of the voting rights and share capital in PANDORA A/S.
René Sindlev now owns directly 0% of the voting rights and share capital in PANDORA A/S and indirectly through controlled companies 4.81% of the voting rights and share capital in PANDORA A/S.
René Sindlev owns his shareholding in PANDORA A/S indirectly through RS Family ApS, RS Holding ApS and RS Arving ApS.
