Pewic Holding ApS has informed PANDORA as follows:
Pewic Holding ApS owns 16,184,532 shares of nominally DKK 1 (in total nominally DKK 16,184,532) in PANDORA A/S ("PANDORA"), corresponding to approximately 12.44% of the total share capital and approximately 12.44% of the total voting rights. Pewic Holding ApS is owned by Per Enevoldsen, Winnie Dahl and Christian Enevoldsen, whom individually still indirectly owns less than 5% of the share capital and the voting rights in PANDORA.
